How do I ensure I'm ordering the correct boot size?
Most of our western and work boots run slightly large. We recommend ordering a half-size down from your standard athletic shoe size. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page for specific brand measurements.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles, as boots with visible wear cannot be accepted for return.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Boot Jack ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future. Shipping rates and duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my leather boots?
To prolong the life of your boots, we recommend cleaning them with a damp cloth and applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. For suede or exotic skins, please use specialized cleaners designed specifically for those materials.
